End User License Agreement: Single user license for D Vision
Works demonstration software
This License is a legal agreement between the User (You) and D Vision
Works Limited (D-VW). It permits the User to use the demonstration
software (the Software) for use by a single User on a single computer.
English law applies to this agreement.
By receiving the software, or loading the Software onto a computer,
or using the Software, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.
Although the software is checked for computer viruses before issue
by D-VW, D-VW does not have control over the complete distribution
chain and cannot guarantee or warrant that the software is free
of viruses. You should only load software from sources that you
trust. D-VW cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused
by loading or use of the software.
This license allows you to load the software onto a computer and
use it for non-commercial and evaluation purposes. The license precludes
commercial use of the software.
This demonstration version of the software has restricted functionality.
If you wish to purchase a license or licenses for the fully functional
software, please contact D-VW.
The copyright of the software is owned by D-VW. The Software may
be protected by anti-copy technology. You agree not to attempt to
copy the Software.
The copyright of the User Manual and other written information supplied
with the software is owned by D-VW. You may print a single copy
for personal use in evaluating the software. You agree not to otherwise
copy the User Manual in electronic or other media.
Warranty: D-VW makes no warranty as to the performance or functionality
of this demonstration software.
Product support for this software is not offered. If you have enquiries
concerning the purchase of fully functional version of the software,
please contact us using the e-mail address at the bottom of this
document.
D-VW's liability in the case of malfunction, or for any other reason,
is limited to the purchase price paid to D-VW for the single user
License
As User, you assume full responsibility for your use of the Software
and indemnify D-VW against any claims which may result from your
use.
D-VW makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Software
will not infringe the rights of a third party.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software to others.
You may not sell or re-license the software.
Termination: If you do not comply with this License agreement, D-VW
may terminate the agreement. In that case you must destroy all copies
of the Software, in whatever form.
You may not reverse engineer or otherwise disassemble the Software,
except where limited disassembly is allowed by local law for the
interfacing purposes. If you require special interfaces, we suggest
that you contact D-VW at first.
